It is difficult to think of how to improve a picture so great, so sensation of movement. I love the expressions of the good and the bad (the ninja kitty face especially) and the many hilarious small touches, as the pink mini-gentleman...
However, I think an interesting idea would be to make different in some detail, the heads of the two bald guys in the room. A ugly hat or sado masochist mask could be an option. For the rest, I can not think of anything to improve.
i think this picture is great just on its own! i LOVE how you do dicks! you always seem to use a variety, and they seem realistic in size. sometimes i think people get a bit excited about being able to focus on a penis and it gets super veiny, super large, super supreme penis power!!!! ...yours are more believable and match the scenes you use them in =) this picture is an example of that.
